Thank you for carefully reading the instructions for your resit exams, which will take place remotely on the Moodle platform.
For any questions before the exam or in case of problems during the exam, please contact Aloha directly via Teams (Aloha Student Care) or through the request form, "Topic – Aloha" (Opening hours: 9 am to 5:30 pm, French time).
Before the exam:
- Check that all your modules appear in your agenda. If any modules are missing, please contact the exam service by email evaluations@rennes-sb.com
- All exams have been scheduled according to the Metropolitan France time zone.
- Ensure you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment before the exams begin.
- For each exam, a "technical time" of 15 minutes will be automatically added on Moodle to address minor technical issues.
During the exam:
-
Communication between students is prohibited.
- You can find your exam topic in a dedicated space on Moodle - "RESIT2324":
- It is your responsibility to complete your exam within the allotted time. No additional time will be granted, regardless of the reason.
- Anti-plagiarism software will be used to ensure each student submits individual and unique work. If evidence of group collaboration is discovered during the final exams, sanctions will be applied to all students involved.

I watch the tutorial to avoid any complications on the D-day
At the end of the exam:
- You can only submit your exam once. Any submission is final and non-modifiable. Ensure the document you upload is indeed your exam paper, as it will be the only document considered for grading.
- For some modules, you can submit a copy (Word or PDF) and/or another file (e.g., Excel).
- For some modules, you may need to scan a paper copy (e.g., in finance, due to specific formulas/symbols). Please use a scanner, a scanner app, or take a photo of your copy, ensuring a good quality result.
- We encourage you not to wait until the last minute to submit your exam to ensure it is properly uploaded. The submission space will automatically close at the end of the exam, regardless of when you log in.
- No submission made outside of Moodle will be accepted. Professors are not authorized to individually accept any copy submitted outside the Moodle space.
We highlight the importance of not submitting your work at the "last minute." Contact the Aloha team before the end of your exam if you encounter any difficulties.
