Important reminder:
In case an exam is rescheduled (due to weather conditions, bomb alert, strike, technical issues, etc.), you must remain available throughout the entire examination period as indicated in the general calendar.
To ensure smooth access to the exam rooms, please remember to bring a physical form of identification with you (ID card, passport, driver’s license, or your physical student card). Digital versions of IDs or student cards cannot be accepted for verification. If you arrive without a physical card, you will need to complete an identity verification at the Exam Office (Building 1 – Office 340).
It is imperative that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the examination to comply with academic requirements and ensure the proper conduct of the session.

You are encouraged to use the restroom prior to the start of the examination. Once the exam has begun, restroom access will be authorized only after the first hour of the exam.
Students arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed to sit the exam and will be marked absent.
Present your physical student ID card to the invigilator at the entrance and keep it visible on your table. If you do not have your student card with you, you must present a physical official ID (ID card, passport, or driver’s license).

Write only in blue or black ink (not in pencil).
Unilingual dictionaries (English) are available in the rooms (please ask the invigilators).

Don’t forget to return to the invigilators all the documents used during the exam (question paper, rough paper, dividers).
For the smooth conduct of the exam session and in the interest of all, we would like to remind you to adopt a respectful and responsible behavior towards the invigilators, school staff, and your fellow students
We ask you to answer on the white exam paper, as the colored papers are only drafts and will not be submitted to the teacher for grading.
One last information! Don't throw away your student card at the end of your exams! Keep it, you will need it for next year! This way
