Resit exams may take one of the following formats:
- Online Oral Exam (Microsoft Teams): an individual oral examination conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams.
- Online Written Exam (Moodle): a written examination completed remotely on the Moodle platform.
- On-campus Written Exam: a written examination held on one of Rennes School of Business campuses under invigilation.

Guidelines and Tips for Success in Online Resit Exams
1. General Guidelines 📖
Platform
The exam will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
We ask the instructor to share the exam instructions directly with the students ahead of the session, and to contact the concerned students on the day of the exam at the scheduled time.
Identification
Students must present a valid photo ID to the examiner at the beginning of the exam.
Exam Environment
✅ Students must be alone in a quiet room with a stable internet connection.
✅ The camera must remain on for the entire duration of the exam.
✅ The microphone must also remain on throughout the exam.
❌ No additional devices or documentation should be used.
❌ Your mobile phone must be switched off.
Exam Integrity
If the examiner suspects any irregularities, they may pause the exam to verify the environment by asking the student to move the camera.
If the student appears to be reading from another source, the examiner may pause the exam for verification.
🚫 The use of conversational AI with voice input and/or speech-to-text systems is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary sanctions.
The exam will be recorded.
