Duration of Microsoft Office 365 License

Important information about the duration of the Microsoft Office license:

When you are a student at Rennes School of Business, we provide you a Microsoft Office 365 license. It includes an access to apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive (storage in the cloud) and many others. It is activated when you do your first administrative registration at school and ends after you have graduated from the school. It is not deactivated between two consecutive school years, or two programs taught at Rennes School of Business. (ex: BIM1 > BIM2 ; BIM3 > PGE2 ; BIM3 > MSc/MASTER ; etc.)

Please note that it can be revoked if you quit the school during the school year or cancel your registration before the (new) school year starts.

Before you graduate, please save all the important information and data that are on your Rennes School of Business OneDrive.  

How to access my mailbox as a Rennes SB Alumni after I graduate?

Once your license is no longer active, you will only be able to access your mailbox using the web interface on www.office.com and sign in with your usual Rennes SB e-mail address and password. When you are on the main page, please click the “Outlook” icon located in the left column. Please note that the other Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneDrive, etc.) will not be available anymore after you graduate.
