Add Microsoft Authenticator, in addition to the phone number (iOS)

Please ensure you have this application installed before going abroad for your internship, exchange, gap year. Otherwise, you might lose the access to all the school platforms.

International students

Please ensure you have this application installed before coming to France or returning to your home country, or you might lose the access to all the school platforms.

1) Using your IPhone, scan the QR code below to download the Microsoft Authenticator application or go directly to the Apple store and type the name of the application.

2) Once downloaded, click on Add an account and then on Professional or school account and then on Scan QR code. 

3) To retrieve the QR code, go to your O365 account https://www.office.com/?auth=2 Click on your profile and then on View Account.

4) Click on security information.

5) Add a connection method. 

6) Select Authentication application.

7) A QR code will be displayed, which you have to scan with your phone, from the Authenticator application.

8) After scanning the QR code, you will receive an approval notification on your smartphone. Click on approve.

9) You can now use Microsoft Authenticator to verify your identity.
