Your Erasmus+ grant applications have been approved for your internship in Europe during the 2025–2026 academic year.
The grant will be paid in two instalments:
80% of the total amount will be transferred first, (subject to having received all the documents required to complete your application, in particular your CEAM, workplace accident insurance, and civil liability insurance)
and the remaining 20% will be paid once your internship is complete.
The first payment (80%), expected in July 2026, is calculated based on the dates indicated on your internship agreement
The final 20% will be adjusted to the exact day, according to the certificate of attendance that your employer will sign at the end of your internship (p.16 of the mobility kit: “After the Mobility”)
This adjustment will be made based on the dates of your internship, provided that all required documents are returned to us on time :
- 🧾Your final report (questionnaire sent directly by Erasmus+) and your Certificate of Attendance (p.16 of the mobility kit: “After the Mobility”) at the end of your stay;
🌍Your language assessment at the beginning of your internship.
(These are not TOEIC or TOEFL tests — this is the official language assessment provided by the European Commission.) How to connect : Connection to EU Academy Erasmus+ Language test HERE

Important: At the end of your internship , you might have to repay part of your grant if your actual duration turns out to be shorter than the period stated in your contract.
