Your Erasmus+ grant applications have been approved for your academic exchanges in Europe during the 2025–2026 academic year.
The grant will be paid in two instalments:
70% of the total amount will be transferred first,
and the remaining 30% will be paid once your exchange is complete.
The first payment (70%), expected in February 2026, is calculated based on the number of months and days stated in your Erasmus+ contract, as well as the academic calendars of your host universities.
The final 30% will be adjusted to the exact day, according to your Certificate of Attendance (available as a blank template on the Aloha platform), which your host university must sign at the end of your exchange. The certificate must be dated no more than two weeks before your official end date.
This adjustment and second payment will take place in July 2026 or September 2026.
To receive this second payment, please make sure that all required documents are submitted on time:
📝Your Learning Agreement, signed by all three parties (Rennes School of Business, your host university, and yourself) at the start of your exchange;
🧾Your final report (questionnaire sent directly by Erasmus+) and your Certificate of Attendance at the end of your stay;
-
🌍Your language assessments at the beginning and end of your exchange.
(These are not TOEIC or TOEFL tests — they are official language assessments provided by the European Commission.) How to connect : Connection to EU Academy - Erasmus+ Language test HERE
Please remember that these language tests are mandatory. Failure to complete them, or to provide any of the required documents, may result in repayment of the full Erasmus+ grant you have received.
Important: In jJuly or September 2026 , you might have to repay part of your grant if your actual exchange duration turns out to be shorter than the period stated in your contract.
