🏠 COLIVING

If you are hoping to share a house with a lot of equipment, coliving is a great ! It may be the cheapest option for you.

🏠 MULTIGENERATIONAL HOUSING

Would you like to experience something different during your years of study in France, on our Rennes or Paris campuses? You can choose a new type of accommodation that will meet your expectations: intergenerational housing!

It could be as simple as sharing an apartment, or as simple as sharing your daily life with an older person who's just waiting for you to keep them young! What's more, and this is no mean feat, rents are generally quite low for this type of shared accommodation.

🏠 STUDENT RESIDENCES

Student residences are for students only. Some even offer coliving options for a cheaper rent. They often offer other services: gym, internet, coworking spaces…etc.

⭐ Rennes School of Business has a special agreement with residences called "AGEFO" and “TWENTY CAMPUS”. Several residences are available around Paris, but we recommend this residence regarding its location.

🏠 HOUSING AGENCIES

Checking rental agency listings is also a good way to find housing. These agencies offer both individual accommodations and shared housing. However, it is much more challenging to make a reservation from a distance.

Search online for "agence immobilière" along with the name of the city that interests you. Be cautious of scams.

⭐Nestenn Centre Rennes offers a 50% discount on agency fees from May to November upon presentation of proof of enrollment at Rennes SB.
