The apartments are fully furnished and equipped, including Wi‑Fi, and each unit has its own bathroom and kitchenette.

Rent can cost up to :

• €590 per month through Cap'Etude.
• €460 per month through Espacil (housing allocation based on social criteria, validated visa through ANEF required)

The residence also offers several everyday amenities:

• Gym
• Laundromat
• Secure bike storage
• Secure residence with on-site staff

The rest of the city is easily accessible by public transport, in particular via the “Pontchaillou” metro station, which is about a 10-minute walk away.

For accommodation for the September 2026 intake, reservations will be made online through our housing partners :

• Cap’Etudes : here. 

Pre‑registration is primarily reserved for students of Rennes School of Business and those from partner institutions. Cap’Etudes will verify your student status and the progress of your enrollment with our institution before confirming any housing reservation.

• Espacil : here.

Please note that the selection process for Espacil residences is based on social criteria, and a validated visa is mandatory to finalize your application. A visa can only be validated after your arrival in France.

Rennes School of Business students can use the code PAR963531 when submitting their housing application. This code grants an additional 500 priority points and is exclusively linked to our institution, allowing the housing teams to immediately identify applications coming from RSB students.
