Where can I find the PumApp?
You can download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play by searching “PumApp”.
For web access you add this URL to your favourites on your web browser : https://pumapp.rennes-sb.com
How do I log into PumApp?
As for all our school-based ecosytems, you can log in using your SSO account. SSO (Single Sign-On) is a unified authentication system that allows you to access multiple school services with a single username and password.
How do I log out of PumApp?
Logging out on your mobile and desktop is the same: click on settings (cogwheel at top right), then on the door icon. Please click on the confirm button to log out.
Can I access PumApp offline?
You need an internet connection to access the application and to get up-to-date information.
What if I can’t log into the app?

Are my data secure?
Your data is fully secure.

What do the colours in "Coming Next" correspond to?
The event colours are the same as your schedule: blue = class / green = event / red = exam.
Why have my useful links changed?
The useful links are there to make your PumApp experience better, they will be changed to highlight new services at school or to follow up on student suggestions. You can suggest updates by submitting a request with the contact form and selecting the following topic: [PumApp] Technical support / Suggestions

Can I delete my account or data?
No, this is not possible.
Can I update my personal info?
It is currently not an option to change your personal information in PumApp.
Please log in to your Webrise account to make updates.
Documents
I can’t download a document. What should I do?

I want to upload a document. How can I do this?
It is currently not an option to upload a document via the PumApp, please log in to your Webrise to do this.
Schedule
What appears in my schedule?
For the launch, your schedule will include classes (in blue), events (in green) and exams (in red).
Can I sync events with my personal calendar?
PumApp is for education purposes and does not allow you to include your own events.
Can I customise the schedule view?
For its launch, the PumApp application does not allow for customisation of the schedule display.
Why are some classes missing?
For this initial version, the PumApp displays all your courses, events and exams in the schedule. If such an event does not appear in your schedule, you can submit a request by using the contact form and select the following topic: [PumApp] Technical support / Suggestions
My meeting with my Education Officer is not visible
For the initial launch, the PumApp does not currently include the Outlook schedule, in which your school appointments appear. This development is planned for the coming year.

When I click on a service, nothing happens. What should I do?

How can I make an appointment with staff?
Staff appointments are available directly from the PumApp "Services" menu.

What is the chatbot for?
For this first version, the chatbot is a useful tool to navigate around the school and to answer your school-related questions. Where can I find Aloha? What does OFL stand for? Where can I find information related to my programme? Your chatbot answers!
What questions can I ask the chatbot?
The PumApp chatbot is a useful ally for all school-related questions and for your student life.
Can the chatbot help me with administrative procedures?
Yes, the chatbot answers all questions related to Rennes School of Business.
