If you receive a notification from RISE and if you are going on an exchange abroad during the second semester 2025/2026 in Europe as part of a university exchange, you may be eligible for the Erasmus+ scholarship.
Complete your application, from November 21st, 2025
🕓 Important: the deadline to submit your application is January 8th, 2025.
✅ No applications will be accepted or processed after this date.
📩 Make sure to complete your application in RISE/scholarship and upload all required documents before the deadline. During January, we will analyse all applications, then, we will get back to you during February.
📝 1. Fill in your contract = Mobility Kit
First, download your contract Mobility kit
- You must complete the first 10 pages of the contract = mobility kit.
• ✍️ Page 10 must be hand-signed (⚠️ electronic signatures will not be accepted).
• 🟨 Only the highlighted yellow fields must be completed.
• ❌ Do not tick or fill in other sections – our team will complete those.
• 🚫 Incomplete kits will not be processed.
🔐 2. Focus on Article 7 – Civil Liability Insurance
Please read Article 7 of the mobility kit carefully, which concerns insurance.
Civil Liability Insurance is mandatory, even if the official Erasmus+ documents state otherwise.
• 📄 You must provide a Civil Liability Insurance certificate. Check with your personal insurance company.
• ⚠️ Without this certificate, your application will be rejected, and no Erasmus+ grant can be paid.
📎 3. Upload your documents in RISE/scholarship
Here is the list of mandatory documents to upload in RISE (items marked with * are required):
- 📌 Copy of your health insurance card* (CEAM)
- 📌 MDPH / ALD certificate or disability card (optional – gives access to additional funding)
- 📌 Proof of address in France* (Electricity/phone...bill + proof of accomodation)
- 📌 Mobility kit* Click here
- 📌 Bank details (RIB)* (your own RIB and NOT your parents'one)
- 📌 Civil Liability Insurance certificate* (generally included in your home insurance)
- 📌CROUS notification 2025 - 2026 (optional : only 6 or 7 CROUS level)
🔁 4. Specific documents depending on your mobility type
📚 Studying at a partner university:
• Civil Liability Insurance certificate*
🏢 Doing an internship:
• Civil Liability Insurance certificate*
• Workplace Accident Insurance (more info on Aloha platform)
🎯 5. Eligibility for the additional “Inclusion” grant (€250/month)
You may be eligible for an additional €250/month if you fall into one of the following categories (with supporting documents):
- Handicap or disability or long-term illness (ALD)
- Living in a ZRR or FRR (Rural Revitalisation Zone in France)

CROUS scholarship student, level 6 or 7
🎯 6. Eligibility for the “green travel” top-up scholarship
At the end of your mobility, you can download your travel tickets on RISE, only for travels by train, bus or carpooling.
📅 Your academic stay must take place between June 1, 2025, and July 31, 2027.
📣 In summary:
• 🗓️ Document submission deadline: January 8th, 2026
• ❌ Any incomplete or late application will not be processed
• 💸 No grant will be paid without all mandatory documents
