• When will my school certificate be available and where can I find it?

Upload your school certificate from Pum'app in the “Education > My documents” tab.

      Please note! For a new enrolment, your certificate will only be available in Pum'app within 24h.

• When will my timetable be available and where can I find it?

Your timetable will be available by early september at the latest on your Pum'app, Schedule Tab  if your administrative registration has been completed in Rise.

• Where can I find the General Calendar 2026/2027?
