• How to set up your student signature ?

This way, your signature, with your student information (programme, student number ... ) will appear whenever you send an email to Aloha, other departments, professors or companies. It helps them to identify you.  

In addition, when you make a request, your signature will allow us to process it faster 😊. 

1st step : Choose the signature you like the most from the Word document "SIGNATURE_2023.docx" below.

2nd step : Choose one of the following Tutorials to help you set up your new student signature : 

APP : Before starting, make sure you installed the Microsoft Office Apps.

Créez votre signature avec vos données étudiantes (programme, année, numéro étudiant…) pour qu’elle apparaisse à chaque fois que vous envoyez un mail

De plus, lorsque vous faites une demande, votre signature nous permettra de vous répondre plus rapidement 😊. 

1ère étape : Choisissez la signature de votre choix depuis le document Word "SIGNATURE_2023.docx" (bas de page)

2ème étape : Choisissez un des 2 Tutoriels (Pdf en bas de page) pour vous aider à configurer votre nouvelle signature étudiante : 

APPLI : Avant de commencer, assurez-vous d'avoir installé le Pack Office Microsoft.
