6. Student Card ISIC 💳

• When will I receive my ISIC card?

This is your first year at Rennes SB:

Your physical student card will be ordered at the end of the 15-day withdrawal period, following signature of the Contract, via our ISIC service provider.

At the start of the academic year, you will receive an e-mail (Rennes SB mailbox) to collect the card from the Registrar's Office.

This card can also be used to enter buildings and use printers.

A digital card can also be downloaded after receiving the “Tymo” e-mail (always on your Rennes SB mailbox) entitled “Your ISIC student card”.

This e-mail will give you your ISIC login details for the current year.

Please note!

After the first year, you will no longer receive a physical card but only a digital one, so it's important to keep your current physical card for the rest of your studies (building access/printers).

In the case of re-registration :

As part of our responsible approach, you will only receive a digital card for the current year. You must therefore keep the last physical card you received in order to access the buildings and use the printers.

You can download it at the start of the new school year, after receiving the “Tymo” e-mail entitled “Your ISIC student card”. It will contain your ISIC login details for 2025/2026.

The digital ISIC card will, of course, be accepted for the Exams and Toeic tests.

Quand vais-je recevoir ma carte ISIC ?

• Si c’est votre première année à Rennes SB :

Votre carte étudiante physique sera commandée à la fin du délai de rétractation de 15 jours, suite à la signature du Contrat, via notre prestataire de service ISIC.

Vous recevrez à la Rentrée un mail (Boite mail Rennes SB) afin de venir récupérer la carte auprès du Service Registraire.

Cette carte pourra également servir à entrer dans les bâtiments et à utiliser les imprimantes.

Une carte numérique sera également téléchargeable après réception du mail « Tymo » (toujours sur votre boîte mail Rennes SB) intitulé « Ta carte étudiante ISIC ». Ce mail vous précisera vos identifiants Isic pour l’année en cours. 

Attention ! Au-delà de la première année, vous ne recevrez plus de carte physique mais seulement une carte numérique, il est donc important de conserver votre carte physique actuelle pour le reste de votre scolarité (Accès bâtiments/Imprimantes).

• Dans le cas d’une réinscription :

 Dans une démarche responsable, pour toute réinscription, vous recevrez uniquement une carte digitale pour l’année en cours. Vous devrez donc conserver la dernière carte physique reçue afin d’accéder aux bâtiments et utiliser les imprimantes.

Elle sera téléchargeable à la rentrée,  après réception du mail « Tymo » intitulé « Ta carte étudiante ISIC ».

Vous y trouverez vos identifiants Isic pour l’année 2025/2026.

La carte ISIC numérique sera bien entendu acceptée lors des Partiels et Tests Toeic.
