📣 The CVEC is mandatory to finalize your registration.

The Contribution to Student and Campus Life (CVEC) is a mandatory contribution that each student in initial training must obtain every year before registration.

Amount:  

2026/2027 academic year : 105€

• I am in Apprenticeship program. Do i have to pay the CVEC?

  Indeed, Rennes School of Business is considered initial training, so apprenticeship students are required to pay the CVEC.

• How to make sure my CVEC certificate is not considered invalid on RISE?

This is frequently caused by a problem with the attestation number (to be entered without spaces) or a mismatch between first and last names.

Indeed, the names entered on both sites (Rise and mesServices.etudiants.gouv.fr) must be exactly the same in the correct order (refer to the names on your passport/ID card):

• What document should I upload in my registration form on RISE?

The CVEC certificate is obtained after payment of the contribution. Do not upload the payment receipt.

⚠️ Please note that the CVEC is not due for students arriving in exchange programs from our Partner Universities (incoming exchange students). However, our own students going on exchange programs abroad must pay it to prove their status as French students.
