Update: The Wellness Corner will be closed on March 30th and will reopen in Septembre 2026
Student life is full of opportunities — but it can also bring stress, doubts, and emotional ups and downs. Between academic pressure, social changes, and personal challenges, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed sometimes.
That’s why it’s important to check in with yourself regularly, recognize the signs, and know where to find support.
💬 How are you really doing?
To help you reflect on your mental well-being, the association Nightline France has created a digital First Aid Kit.
It’s an interactive tool that asks simple questions like “How are you really doing?” and offers personalized resources — including games, exercises, and guidance.
⚠️ Warning signs to watch for
Here are some common signs that your mental health may need attention (compiled by MINDS and Psycom):

- Difficulty concentrating or enjoying activities
- Loss of motivation or enthusiasm
- Dark thoughts or suicidal ideation
- Excessive use of alcohol or medication
- Trouble managing daily tasks
