MSc IMGT & DD Exchange Students - Complete your 2026/2027 administrative registration

The sooner you finish your enrollment, the sooner you can start discovering your learner experience!

👉 Complete your online administrative registration on your WebRise:  clicking here.

• WebRise Login : Rennes School of Business email address
• WebRise password : identical to your newly created mailbox password

👉 Pay the French CVEC contribution (CVEC: Student life and campus contribution).

NB: Double degree exchange students (from partner universities) do not have to pay the CVEC contribution.

👉 For new students: prepare the following documents which may be required during your registration (complete all essential elements within a two-week period, even if some documents are still missing) : 

• Photo (same as your ID photo)

• Passport

• Visa (when applicable)

• Baccalauréat for French students

• Transcript of your last year of studies

• Diploma (if you have not graduated yet, please download proof that you have obtained 180 ECTS)

• English test 

• Full-Time students: Proof of payment (SEPA or bank transfer) 

• CVEC

YOUR choice of pathway

👉 Complete your OFL (Online Training Offer) via your WebRise as well.

It will be open from 2nd June 2026, 2 pm (Paris time) until 16th June 2026, 2 pm (Paris time).

You must choose:

• a pathway (Research path or Internship path). Please see the description here.

Please make sure that you proceed with these choices on your WebRise within the deadline since no change will be possible.

your SECOND LANGUAGE LESSONS

NON FLUENT FRENCH SPEAKERS

Non-fluent French speakers will be automatically registered for a French language module. 

You will be enrolled in classes according to your level of French. The Languages Department will contact you directly about this.

FLUENT FRENCH SPEAKERS 

• Initiation to Chinese Language & Culture
• Initiation to Spanish Language & Culture
