🧭 WHAT IS THE “CAREER PASSPORT”?
📌 1.1. A training module to guide your career journey
The Career Passport is a training module designed to help you shape and develop your career plan all throughout your studies.
This module is mandatory and includes deliverables that validate your skills and award ECTS credits for your program.
📌 1.2. A variety of experiences to build your future
The Career Passport offers a wide range of activities to help you grow both personally and professionally:
- Personal development workshops to better understand your emotional, cognitive, and behavioural patterns.
- Professional development sessions to explore career paths, define your goals, and prepare for the professional world.
You’ll take part in three main types of activities:
- Classes (workshops or conferences) – Led by coaches or external experts, these sessions help you explore key concepts for your personal and professional growth.
- Events – The Career Days, held two to three times a year, allow you to meet professionals from various sectors and discover new perspectives.
- Professional Insights – Conferences where professionals and alumni share their experiences to inspire your own career journey.
📌 1.3. A journey of exploration
Think of your Career Passport as a toolbox to help you build a fulfilling career.
These tools will guide you during your studies — and continue to support you throughout your professional life.
📌 1.4. A competency-based approach
The Career Passport follows a competency-based approach, focused on developing practical skills you can use in real professional situations.
This method helps you identify and strengthen your abilities to make the most of them in your future career.
You’ll work on five key competencies:
- Professional Autonomy – Making sound decisions and managing your career plan with confidence.
- Professional Communication – Expressing yourself clearly and effectively in any professional setting.
- Leadership – Inspiring and motivating others toward a common goal.
- Commitment – Getting involved in professional, social, and environmental initiatives.
- Innovation & Creativity – Designing original and impactful solutions for real-world challenges.
