Student life can sometimes bring unexpected financial challenges that are difficult to overcome. To support students facing urgent situations, the school has set up a student emergency fund.
💡 What is it?
This fund is designed to provide one-time assistance to students experiencing sudden and unforeseen financial difficulties. For example:
- A late or unpaid rent,
- Unexcepted medical expenses

A lack of resources for food, in which case food vouchers may be provided.
🧾 In What Form?
The assistance can take different forms, depending on the student’s situation:
- Food vouchers allocated based on need.
- Full or partial rent coverage, depending on the urgency and the supporting documents provided.
Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to offer the most appropriate support.
📝 How to Apply?
- Contact us via the email address : accommodation@rennes-sb.com or by booking an appointment here with the Welcome Office.
- An individual meeting will be arranged with a member of the team to better understand your needs.
- Supporting documents will be requested (bank statements, rent receipts, etc.).

A review committee will meet promptly to assess your application and decide whether to grant the aid.
