Log onto the Studapart platform by clicking on “Student login” > “Sign-up” > “Sign up with your email” and create your account. Don't forget to add your RSB proof of registration in your personal information.

🏠 LIVIN FRANCE
We have a partnership with Livin France, this platform will help you find accommodation and take care of all the associated formalities! They even offer guidance on administrative procedures (visa validation, CAF, opening a bank account…).

🏠 TWENTY CAMPUS (Paris)
Twenty Campus and its residences throughout France offer furnished flats in a secure residence with a site manager on site. Some services are even included : breakfast from Monday to Friday, cleaning twice a month, Internet access and communal areas to share with neighbours. Depending on the residence : music rooms, basketball courts, communal vegetable gardens and coworking spaces...
Booking your accommodation couldn't be easier! All you have to do is register and then follow the application procedures. These procedures are 100% online.
AGEFO (Paris)
AGEFO manages 25 residences, built or renovated by DOMNIS, in Île-de-France. In the center of Paris (75) and in Boulogne (92), they offer apartments for students, young professionals, and seniors in a family-like atmosphere. In Yvelines (78), the accommodations are situated in a calm and lively environment.
STUDEA Nexity (Rennes and Paris)
- Priority access to available accommodations in the partner residences : all the residences in Paris and the Studea Atalante residence in Rennes.
- Free residence transfer service: move to another Studéa residence anywhere in France with no administrative fees.

🏠 MULTIGENERATIONAL HOUSING
Would you like to experience something different during your years of study in France, on our Rennes or Paris campuses? You can choose a new type of accommodation that will meet your expectations: intergenerational housing!
It could be as simple as sharing an apartment, or as simple as sharing your daily life with an older person who's just waiting for you to keep them young! What's more, and this is no mean feat, rents are generally quite low for this type of shared accommodation.
These platforms will meet your expectations for accommodation with or without services to be rendered to the person with whom you'll be living (shopping, sharing meals, a little computer training).

🏠 HOUSING AGENCIES
Search online for "agence immobilière" along with the name of the city that interests you. Be cautious of scams.
⭐Nestenn Centre Rennes offers a 50% discount on agency fees from May to November upon presentation of proof of enrollment at Rennes SB.
🏠 STUDENT TO STUDENT
