Petit BamBou : Your well-being and health coaching platform

That is why Feel Good offers you 6-month subscriptions to the Petit BamBou application with unlimited access to all content. These subscriptions were up for grabs for grabs during Career Discovery Day on September 30, 2021!

Petit BamBou, what is it?
Petit BamBou is a mindfulness meditation app. It offers guided or free meditation sessions, short videos, as well as many soundscapes.
According to the founder of Petit BamBou “The regular practice of meditation has been tested on students (or adults in similar situations) ; it can have significant effects on well-being (stress, resilience, self-esteem, anxiety ...), but also help to:
