Important Information and Requirements
Your internship is coming to an end. Here is some essential information regarding the steps to follow in order to properly conclude this period:
1. Internship Evaluation
30 days before the end of your internship, your supervisor will automatically receive a link to complete the evaluation (this also applies to employment contracts and self-employment). It is essential that your supervisor remains subscribed to our communications to receive this email. Otherwise, the evaluation cannot be received. Please inform us in advance if there is a change of supervisor!
We recommend that you check with your supervisor to ensure they have received the evaluation email sent by the Career Centre.
⚠️ Reminder: Without this completed evaluation, your internship will not be validated.
2. Access to the Evaluation
Once your evaluation has been completed by your company, it will be sent to you directly by email 15 days after the end date of your internship. If you do not receive it, please contact us! You will also be able to find it in your Rise space → Internships.
⚠️ Be sure to keep all documents related to your internship, as they may be requested at any time. We only archive them for a period of 5 years.
3. Internship Certificate
Your company must provide you with an internship certificate. Make sure to collect it before you leave!
