• How to set up your student signature ?

This way, your signature, with your student information (programme, student number ... ) will appear whenever you send an email to Aloha, other departments, professors or companies. It helps them to identify you.  

In addition, when you make a request, your signature will allow us to process it faster 😊. 

• HOW TO DO IT ?*

1st step : Choose the signature you like the most from the Word document "SIGNATURE_2023.docx" below.

2nd step : Choose one of the following Tutorials to help you set up your new student signature : 

APP : Before starting, make sure you installed the Microsoft Office Apps.
