FLUENT FRENCH SPEAKERS
In your first year (only), you will study a "Language & Culture" course for a language in which you are a complete beginner.
This is part of "learning to learn" and is to help you discover competencies (skills, knowledge, behaviours and attitudes) to be able to work in potentially unknown international environments.
If you will be studying on the Rennes campus, you can choose between:
- Initiation to Arabic Language & Culture
- Initiation to Chinese Language & Culture
- Initiation to Italian Language & Culture
- Initiation to Spanish Language & Culture
Your Choice of 2nd Language
If you are studying on the Rennes campus, complete your choice via the OFL (Online Training Offer) via your WebRise.
It will be open from 3rd June 2025, 2 pm (Paris time) until 31st July 2025, 2 pm (Paris time).
👉 Wondering how to answer an OFL? Click here.
If you are studying on the Paris campus, you will follow an Initiation to Chinese Language & Culture. You do not need to complete an OFL.
NON-FLUENT FRENCH SPEAKERS
Non-fluent French speakers will be automatically registered to follow the French Language & Culture module.
- If you have never studied French, you do not have anything further to do. You will be placed in a complete beginner class.
- If you already have some knowledge of French (even a very basic knowledge), please complete the level test, by clicking on the link here: French Test
