If you are looking for accommodation outside our partner platforms, bear in mind that ill-intentioned people place false rental ads. Their aim is to tell you a story in order to ask you for an urgent cash order. Beware of these offers , particularly in the following cases:
The rent is abnormally low compared to other flats for rent in the area... more bizarre as the property has magnificent photos, be careful! Good deals do exist in real estate, but miracles do not.
You can contact the owner, but be very careful, especially if the owner starts telling you a story and asking you for an urgent cash order...
The person claims to be abroad and asks you to pay a sum to reserve the flat: flats cannot be reserved.
Any payment must be linked to the signing of the lease. Do not pay any money unless you have signed the lease.
The person claims that they live a long way from the flat and want to be sure that they can get there for a viewing. They will therefore ask you to pay a sum to confirm your interest, which will be deducted from the rent: this is a scam.
Landlords arrange their own visits and under no circumstances do they charge for them.
